Description:
First of a required three-course sequence (0627-771,772,773). Covers the concepts and principles underlying the developing of instructional programs and materials. Instructional development is the systematic solution of instruction and learning problems involving needs assess- ment, task analysis, specification of objectives, analysis and synthe- sis of instructional strategies and methods of evaluation. An instruc- tional development project is part of the sequence. Required for graduation and must be taken before 24 hours of program are completed. (0627-735,755,756) Credit 4
